1. About MC10

2. Research purpose

The materials shown in this collection are presented for appropriate in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not offered for administration to people or animals, diagnostic or therapeutic use, or cosmetic application. We do not provide dosing or medical advice. Product names and a research-use label do not establish suitability for a particular project; request the exact specification and available batch documents before relying on any listing.

3. Enquiries, basket and prices

The basket is stored in your browser. The product price and free UK delivery are shown before you choose Pay by Bank. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax. A submitted checkout is an offer to buy; payment confirmation does not by itself mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We will review availability and contact you if an item cannot be supplied, arranging a full refund. Enquiries by email, WhatsApp or Telegram do not place an order.

4. Delivery and payment

Pay by Bank is processed by Wallid and approved through your bank. UK delivery is free. We process orders the same day and expect delivery within 5–7 days of your order. If delivery is delayed, contact support@mc10.uk with your order reference. We do not promise a specific carrier or dispatch cut-off.

5. Problems, cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer, you may cancel a distance order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at support@mc10.uk or use the cancellation form below, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage for a change of mind; we refund the product price and standard delivery charge (our UK delivery charge is £0) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, using the original payment method. If goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos where useful; your statutory rights remain in place. We will give you return instructions.

6. Handling and responsibility

Research materials require suitable facilities, trained personnel and appropriate handling, storage and disposal procedures. The person or organisation using them is responsible for checking the relevant specification and complying with applicable requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
